I am a trainer in methods and tools for conscious leadership, cultural transformation, capacity building in organisations and communities.
My domains of expertise are:
-conscious leadership for profound innovation and change
-collective intelligence for creative group processes
-systems thinking and complex thinking
-dialogue for better communication and achievement
I am also a facilitator and a team coach of change processes. As a senior facilitator, I combine facilitation with teaching, coaching and mentoring for group learning.
