Rundumberatung

Rundumberatung has been around since 2013. We do a lot of grief work, particularly dealing with grief and death in the workplace. Taking grief into account is also, we believe, vital to peace processes. Therefore, knowing a little bit about grief theory and concepts of grief may help to better understand individual reactions.
Our other focus is legitimacy. We did some research on public participation in Western Europe, and we believe it may be helpful to learn from European best-practice examples and mistakes to make mediation and negotiation outcomes, but also peace processes in general more sustainable.
